MeetingCentral® is a powerful web conferencing tool that puts the conference host in control of a range of amazing features and options.
MeetingCentral® supports a web conference of hosts, presenters and participants.
Hosts – with the click of the mouse, hosts can start, stop and change audio and visual features, such as video and other presentations. They can give participants or presenters rights, take rights away and even expel participants. They have control of who enters the conference and how the conference is conducted.
Presenters – have full use of the Share menu, allowing them to share presentations, applications and documents.
Participants – sit back, relax, watch and listen.

Sharing a PowerPoint presentation
Sharing a PowerPoint presentation is simple. You can do it anytime without having to upload the presentation beforehand.
Simply go the ‘Share’ pull-down menu and select ‘PowerPoint Presentation’.
When you share a PowerPoint presentation, it is compressed at the presenter's PC, then sent to the server and to all participants. The presentation is cached at the participant, so the presenter can change slides instantly. When going back and forth, there is also a bandwidth conservation benefit, as only the page change commands go over the Internet.

Sharing a document
You can share Microsoft Word, Excel and virtually any usable document on your PC.
To share a document, go to the ‘Share’ menu and select ‘Document’.
The document is dynamically sent to the server and then to all participants. The presenter can flip through pages instantly. All pages, including those with rich text, graphics and images, will display clean and strong. You can even share more than one document at a time.

Sharing applications
To ensure that everyone has access to the same information, you can share applications amongst hosts, presenters and participants.
Share any application by going to the ‘Share’ pull-down menu and selecting ‘Application’. You will see a list of applications already running on your PC. Simply click on the one you want to share. To stop sharing, just click on ‘Stop Sharing’ in the upper right-hand corner.

Sharing Web pages
MeetingCentral® allows all conference participants to view web pages and websites. You don’t need to supply long URLs, just share web browsing applications.
Select ‘Share’, ‘Web Browser’, then Meeting Central® will launch your browser and immediately start ‘sharing’ it with participants. Everyone will see the same browser display as you do.

Giving remote control
You can give conference participants, customers and business partners remote control of any of the applications or desktops being shared. Meeting Central® controls the session and traffic, so it is a safe and reliable process.
Right click on a user and see the options or click on the remote control icon (two PCs) that appears on the toolbar of the item being shared.
If allowed, the remote user has keyboard and mouse control over the remote PC. If the web conference has more than two participants, all users see the remote control session.
Stopping the session is easy. The host or user sharing their application or desktop just clicks the ‘Stop Sharing’ button on the upper-right.

Sharing a whiteboard
Sharing a whiteboard session means participants can add their input and see updates on the whiteboard in real time.
The presenter can share a whiteboard and anybody with annotation privileges can participate in a white board session. The host can give anyone annotation privileges to join in.
